There are a number of ways to order your goods, these include

• In person at our showroom.
• Over the phone.
• Via email or our contact form.
• Via our Ebay shop.

Secure online purchasing will follow soon via our website.

Payment

We are happy to offer the folowing payment options:

• Monthly credit account (terms and conditions apply).
• Debit / credit card.
• Bank transfer.
• PayPal.
• Cash.
• Cheques.

However we are unable to release goods until funds have cleared.

Delivery / Collection

Once you have selected and paid for your goods we offer the following options:

• Collection from our showroom during opening hours.
• Delivery - We offer local delivery for a small charge.
• Nationwide delivery via one of the following methods, all at extra costs including packaging:

• TNT - smaller /medium items to most parts of the uk next day, premium services also available
• PalletLine - medium to large palletised items to most parts of the uk, next day and three day service available.
• Dedicated transport - any item to any part of the UK on a dedicated vehicle, delivered direct.

Warranty

All of the new items we offer are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which varies dependant on manufacturer.

The used items we offer are not covered by any warranty and are sold as seen unless detailed in writing. If items are covered by a warranty we will indicate the duration and these are sold on a return to base condition.
